Computer Systems Design and Related Services

Integrated systems,
engineered end to end

MinSi designs, integrates, and operates the computer systems that keep modern organizations moving. From architecture and infrastructure to security and automation, we deliver technology that works as one coherent whole rather than a collection of disconnected parts.

Technology should disappear into the background so your team can focus on the work that matters. We build systems that are reliable, secure, and quietly excellent.

How We Work

A disciplined path from
brief to production

Every engagement follows a repeatable four stage process that removes guesswork and keeps delivery predictable. No vague scopes, no surprise handoffs.

  1. 01

    Discover

We map your current environment, document every dependency, and interview the people who rely on the system every day. The output is a single source of truth about where you are today and where you need to be.

  2. 02

    Architect

We design the target state with explicit tradeoffs around cost, resilience, security, and scale. You receive diagrams, runbooks, and a written rationale you can hold us accountable to.

  3. 03

    Integrate

We build and connect the components in small, reviewable increments. Migrations are staged to minimize downtime, and every change is tested against a rollback plan before it ships.

  4. 04

    Operate

We monitor, patch, and tune the system after launch. Your team gets clear dashboards, honest reporting, and a support channel that responds when it matters.

The Difference

Integrated beats
assembled

Most technology stacks grow by accident. Ours are designed on purpose. Here is how a MinSi engagement differs from the conventional path.

Conventional Approach
MinSi Approach
Architecture
Patched together as needs appear
Designed as a unified system
Security
Bolted on after a breach
Baked in from the first diagram
Documentation
Scattered and out of date
Living runbooks kept current
Ownership
Blurred across many vendors
One accountable partner

Capabilities

Everything a modern
stack demands

Questions

Answers before
you ask

What kinds of organizations do you work with?

We work with companies across professional, scientific, and technical services that depend on reliable systems but do not want to staff a full internal platform team. Our engagements range from small businesses modernizing a legacy stack to larger teams that need focused architecture and security expertise.

How do you price an engagement?

After the discovery phase we provide a fixed scope and fixed price for the defined work, with any changes handled through a written change order. For ongoing support we offer monthly retainers based on the size of the environment rather than hourly billing surprises.

Can you work alongside our existing IT team?

Yes. Many clients keep an internal team and bring us in for architecture, security, or automation that needs specialist depth. We document everything we build so your team can own it after we hand it over, or we can stay on to operate it with you.

What does the first conversation look like?

A short call to understand your goals, your current environment, and your timeline. We then share a written summary of what we heard and a proposed next step. There is no obligation and no sales pressure.
